What is Grabsty and how does the waitlist work?
Grabsty is a marketplace for buying and selling pre-loved clothes, sneakers, bags and accessories in Pakistan, with every payment protected by escrow. Join the waitlist to get your spot and your own invite link. We'll invite you on WhatsApp as soon as we open in your city.
How does escrow protection work?
When you buy, Grabsty holds your payment instead of sending it straight to the seller. Your order ships with tracking, and once it arrives you have 24 hours to check that it matches the listing. Then the seller is paid.
What if the item isn't as described?
Report an issue within 24 hours of delivery. The seller's payout stays on hold while our support team sorts it out, so you're never stuck with a damaged, fake or wrong item.
When do sellers get paid?
Right after the buyer's 24-hour check window ends, or sooner if the buyer confirms the order. Payouts go to your bank account, JazzCash or Easypaisa.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. You can pay by card or cash on delivery. Both buyer and seller confirm cash-on-delivery orders, which cuts out fake orders and refused parcels for sellers.
How do my waitlist position and referrals work?
Your position is shown as soon as you join. Every friend who joins with your invite link counts as a referral and moves you up the list. Come back any time and tap "Already joined?" to check your position.
How is Grabsty different from OLX or Daraz?
OLX is a classifieds board where buyer and seller sort out payment themselves, and Daraz is built around new stock from shops. Grabsty is made just for pre-loved fashion, with escrow on every order and tracked delivery.
Why do you need my phone number?
So we can send your invite on WhatsApp when Grabsty opens. We don't share it with anyone, and email is optional.
What can I sell on Grabsty?
Pre-loved clothes, sneakers, bags and accessories, from everyday pieces to designer labels. Counterfeits and replicas are not allowed.
Does it cost anything?
Joining the waitlist is free. When you buy, a small Buyer Protection fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
